What we believe is how we perceive. Our beliefs come from choices we make that separate and define us. Many beliefs are made in moments of pain and grievance and this programs us negatively. All beliefs are really self-beliefs. They are how we think and believe about ourselves so any negative belief about anything is a negative belief that programs our life.
