All healing comes from bringing two or more separate items into a whole. The negativity falls away and becomes a vaccination against similar negativity and there is a greater positive. 【PoV願景心理學】 Chuck博士每日一卡 《療癒我們一直以來的利用》 今天的卡片是療癒我們一直以來的利用。利用，是將人或東西當作是用以滿足我們需要的對象。這樣就會掉進生命裡最大的陷阱，「外在有東西會讓我們幸福快樂」。這樣，我們反而會失望、幻滅、夢破碎。如果我們利用別人，我們也就是在讓別人利用我們。如果我們覺得誰在利用我們，我們就是在利用對方來阻礙自己。老天給了我們一切，然而我們卻向外追尋，障礙了我們的領受。今天，要來放下這一切，要來仰賴老天。過個輝煌的一天吧！ HEALING WHERE WE HAVE BEEN USING is the card for today. Using is to take a person or substance as an object to meet our needs falling for the biggest trap in life that something outside us will make us happy. Rather it leads to disappointment, disillusionment or a shattered dream. If we use others we set ourselves up to be used by others. if we think someone is using us we are using them to hold ourselves back. Today is a good day to let it all go and depend only on God Who has given everything to us but our seeking outside us has blocked our receiving. Have a brilliant day!!

【PoV願景心理學】 Chuck博士每日一卡 《療癒愛的障礙》 今天的卡片是療癒愛的障礙。這樣療癒會讓好多好多的愛能夠出現，因為在障礙後頭的，不過就是更多的愛在等待而已。所以，今天，要來覺察是什麼障礙住了愛，並且，把障礙當作是一項糟糕的選擇，放掉它。愛是生命裡的意義。愛既是我們追尋的終點，同時也是我們追尋時的道路。今天，讓愛掌管，過個很棒的一天吧！ HEALING THE OBSTACLES TO LOVE is the card for today. To heal in this manner allows so much more love to be present because behind the obstacles there is just more love waiting. So, let us be aware of what is blocking love today and let it go as a bad choice. Love is the meaning in life and end of what we are seeking as well as the way to what we are seeking. At worst it seems to cut us off from the rest of humanity with a certain level of dissociation and disengagement from people and the world. There is a loss of valuing others and oneself from some shattered dream and at this deepest level is an indictment of others and God. At best it is a precursor to awakening realizing it is all a bad dream that we are the dreamer and that God has provided the means to wake up. Have a fine day!!

THE HEART OF LOVE is the very essence of our love. It is God Who lives in our heart. It is the part of us that has given up judgment, being right, grievances or other forms of attack. Instead we look for where we can join beyond differences to what is common and shared. It is this innocence that keeps us safe. The ego wants superiority to give it worth and specialness. Yet no matter what it tries it never succeeds in giving itself self-worth. Every strategy it attempts backfires.
