療癒期望


今天Chuck博士的卡片是《療癒期望》。期望是分裂心智的信號。我們對他人和我們自己的要求,我們也同時在抗拒著。我們認為,如果我們得到所幻想要的,我們會很高興,但它絕對是不夠用的。期望是對所需求和恐懼的一種補償這就是為什麼我們用奪取,而不是去請求。我們覺得去真正處理我們想要的是不合宜的,我們會暗自擔心,如果我們領受了所要的,我們將會失去自主性。因而我執建議獲取或奪取,而不是去請求。這樣我們就可以維持我們的獨立自主性(照著我的方式而行)。然而,我們越要我們就越覺得空虛。期望產生這麼多的壓力和隱藏的執著我們無法給他人或自己的我們卻期望別人給我們。當您發現自己有所期望時,設定目標和放下這將是所有這一切的解毒劑。有個順暢美好的一天!

HEALING EXPECTATIONS

HEALING EXPECTATIONS is the card for today. Expectations signal a split mind. We demand something of others and ourselves and we resist it also. We think that if we get what we fantasize about we will be happy but it is never enough. Expectations are a compensation for needs and fear which is why we demand instead of invite. We feel inadequate to really handle what we want and we are secretly afraid we will lose our independence if we receive what we want. So the ego suggests getting or taking it instead of asking. That way we keep our independence (my way). Yet the more we take the emptier we feel. Expectations generate so much stress and hide attachments. We expect of others what we are not giving to them or ourselves. Goal setting and letting go are the usual antidotes when you catch yourself in an expectation. Have a fine day of flow!
