Guilt hides under many everyday occurrences. For instance, our emotions are always accompanied by guilt. Judgment and grievances hide guilt. Even our perception which contains judgment hides guilt in its more subtle expressions but it is all meant to keep guilt at handleable levels. When we have guilt we punish ourselves. All problems, scarcity and attack also hide this self-attack. Today is a day where it is easier to become aware of and RELEASE GUILT. Innocence is your strength and wholeness. It may be true that you have guilt but guilt is never the truth. It is a sneaky ego way of holding on. Have a beautiful and brilliant day!!

Expectations are demands and demands come from needs. All of them are self-defeating and you won't be able to receive or enjoy what you receive until your expectations are dropped. As the Sam Hazo the poet laureate of Pennsylvania writes, "Expect anything and everything seems like nothing. Expect nothing and anything seems like everything." This sums it up exactly.
