Both are forms of love and both are always present together bringing truth and countering the ego's notion that to give is to lose…GIVING & RECEIVING also heal the great splits in the mind that keep duality and separation as the operant illusions rather than unity, union and Oneness as truth.  Have a very happy day!

That means that anything that surfaces today that is untoward actually has a direct route to an old wound. If you realized how much these old wounds program you and how much less stress and negativity there would be in your life if you healed this old wound you would feel like you were being given a gold mine.
