今天的卡片是療癒內心的蟑螂（心魔）。蟑螂是指我們偷偷摸摸在索取的地方。我們曾受過傷，就代表裡頭藏著這樣的心魔。對抗也是內在有蟑螂的徵兆。蟑螂的結局通常就是被壓扁。我們也許曾心碎過，但如果拿掉了蟑螂心魔，油然而生的就只是心酸與溫柔而已。問問自己有多少這樣的小心魔，想像這些心魔全都被送進高層心靈的光芒裡，你會變得更完整。祝你有個最美好的一天！
HEALING THE COCKROACH (SHADOW) is the card for today. The cockroach is where we take in a sneaky way. Any hurt we ever experienced showed this hidden shadow. Fighting also is a sign that the cockroach is within you. Cockroaches tend to get squashed. We may be brokenhearted but there would only be tenderness and poignancy if the cockroach wasn't there. Ask how many of these little shadows you have and imagine them all being fed into the light of your higher mind adding to your wholeness. Have the most wonderful day!!
