STRENUOUS is the card for today. Unless you are in shape to handle a STRENUOUS day I suggest you call in backup from Heaven to do it all through so you don't use yourself up. Then you can have a graceful day and enjoy effortless effort. Have day that is blessed and bountiful!!

That means that anything that surfaces today that is untoward actually has a direct route to an old wound. If you realized how much these old wounds program you and how much less stress and negativity there would be in your life if you healed this old wound you would feel like you were being given a gold mine. Today with Heaven's help relinquish any attachment to the past whether negative or positive and feel the freedom and flow that comes of new territory in your life. Have a beautiful, powerful day!!
