Our anger, attack, judgment and grievances lead to self-attack as well as attack on those we love and everyone for that matter. The ego's very foundation is attack and self-attack. Today notice where you have attack come at you and where you make attack. Let all of it go as the ego's attempt to validate itself and make itself more than an illusion in a world of illusions.
